Welcome to my spirituality blog!

The purpose of this blog is to explore spiritual topics of interest and to provide insight and share experiences. We can all learn and expand together. All I ask is that we keep it "loving" and not "judging".

One item of attention that is on my mind at this time is the topic of "death". We have all wondered about things like "what happens after I die...is it scary? Will I be aware of my loved ones? Will I sit around clouds all day and play a harp?" Haha

No, it is not scary. The "unknown" can be scary but we can understand that we are just changing forms....transitioning from a human body to a spirit body. It doesn't hurt. In fact, it's just the opposite. Yes, we are aware of our loved ones and can still communicate. We may go through a healing process. We are greeted with a huge welcome and celebration. It is all very loving. There is a life review where we learn from the choices we made but never with any judgment. Does that mean that it is "wrong" to grieve or mourn? No, of course not. But when we know the truth about "death"...that there is no death (in the sense that the soul keeps on living) it makes it easier to accept and adjust to their not being around in the same way as before. They are just in "the other room" so to speak...very much still alive, in a different body, in a different realm, at peace and happy, still aware of us.

Again, this blog is about sharing, posing questions, seeking answers about the spiritual things in life. Thank you for your interest. My hope is that this will be thought provoking and mind expanding, along with being uplifting and encouraging!
